13.01.2022 Folks - today is International Men's Day. Current statistics show that Men are highly represented in suicide, addiction, domestic violence, crime, and imprisonment. Don't let social and familial pressure hinder you from reaching out for help. 3. Social activities are a major debriefing strategy for Men. Mingle with mates. 4. Your testosterone and ego may trick you that you are fine. If your gut instinct says you are not ok, then do something about it. 5.
