My 5 tips for Men to stay on top of their mental and brain health.... 1. You are important and your life matters. Be clear on that fact. 2. Don't let social and familial pressure hinder you from reaching out for help. 3. Social activities are a major debriefing strategy for Men. Mingle with mates. 4. Your testosterone and ego may trick you that you are fine. If your gut instinct says you are not ok, then do something about it. 5. Boredom and lack of brain engagement leads to anxiety and depression. Keep yourself active, fit, and set achievable goals.
