21.01.2022 Hi everyone! Just letting you all know that there will no longer be any sort of payment plans available as I am owed tooooooo much money and have now had to invest in a debt Collection agency (never thought this would happen ) as you all know STRC is a very small business and we rely on swift payments-Im sure if your BOSS didnt pay you for a week, 2wks, 3wks you would certainly kick up a stink...thats the same with me....my job (and this is my only job) is there to put fo...od on the table for my family/clothes on their backs and school fees/excursions. At times when I need to hire extra staff I PAY THEM ON THE DAY whether or not I have been paid, the same should be said for those hiring our services! In saying that.....if you dont have the cash on the day (or transferred to my acc prior) please dont hire me/us!!! Oh and BTW....I can only clean to what you can afford to be cleaned EG...inspection cleans....if I have informed you of everything that is required-please dont throw it back at me when the Real Estate say its not good enough-Im here to work with and for you! 20.01.2022 I/we would like to thank and appreciate all our customers that have put their cleans on hold at this CRAZY time, we at Smell the roses do everything possible to ensure our staff and customers are safe during this really sad epidemic that has hit our beautiful country and world wide! Please be rest assured that we do try to limit our contact with everyone and are most grateful that majority of our customers are not home whilst we are there and we STERILISE your home to our bes...t ability!!! Please please if you are unwell-let us know so we can reschedule your clean to a safer date-we also are mums and my youngest has a metobolic disorder so she is high risk and prone to catching viruses which could easily lead to something I would hate to even mention-so in saying that...I am now (started today) am keeping my kids home from school in the hope that I/we minimise the effect on our children/household! We thank you so much for your understanding at this crazy crazy time in our lives!!! Stay safe EVERYONE!!! Kellie-Anne and staff

This lovely lady (I wont mention her name) has had THE WORST few years anyone could possibly imagine-fighting the C word with such a positive attitude only to have life throw shit at her threefold I feel very honoured to be the person to help you with your apartment and Im also so very grateful to be a part of your life! I did a vacate clean on a GORGEOUS house in Secret Harbour the other week for a tenant-today the Real Estate rang and they had done their Vacate inspection (Deb from Real Residential Real Estate Secret Harbour) and she said she was amazed at my work and was wondering if she could keep my business card for future Vacate cleans as and I quote good cleaners are hard to come by to say I felt very PROUD is an understatement

It seems some people make payments in their wife/hubby/partners name and it can be a bit tricky to work out whos who so I am going to allocate all our customers with a customer reference number to use when you put your payments through-I will slowly msg everyone and let you all know your numbers, even if you pay by cash-you will still have a number!
