09.01.2022 Hi team, I just thought we'd give you a bit of an update on things, we are still open and running sessions as usual. We are also doing our part sanitising and keeping our gym clean much more routinely during this time. We can fight off this together by practising good hygiene and if you are feeling sick, please go see your Doc. If you need to take the time out at home to recover to, do your part in minimising the spread of this virus. You can still practise shadow boxing and... polish up on your techniques at home and if you need any extra tips and support you are always free to message or call us. Please continue to support your local gyms and business the best you can, so that we can still be here together, standing stronger than ever at the end of all this. Thankyou SMG Family.

09.01.2022 ATTENTION Just a few little reminders/requests for Saturday. There will be no rear parking access behind the gym due to the size of people training, as we will... need this space for the extra mats. You can park on the street or at the shop parking and walk down to the gym. This is a BYO your own alcoholic drinks, we will have a few cool drinks and waters on ice for people. (If you have a spare esky, please bring it along) We are providing a sausage in a bun off the BBQ. If anyone with free time doesn’t mind wiping up a few trays of share food/salad that they can bring along, that would be gratefully appreciated! (Such as cut up oranges, fruit, sandwiches, ect - whatever you bring, again will be gratefully appreciated), otherwise it’s just a bun in a sausage. We will be training first prior to the BBQ and awards with our brother club Bailey Fitness. This is a good bye to the gym that Rob has worked so hard on and we wish to have everyone possible there, along with a joint training session (Family, friends, all ages)! Thanks, Maddie! 07.01.2022 What a great outcome for the lads on futures! Unfortunately Flynn didn't get the decision that he deserved. After receiving 2 foul kicks to the groin we felt a couple of points should have come off but all in all it was a very close fight. Congratulations to our opponent. Next up was Lachlan winning by throwing massive strong kicks. What a future this kid has! Jayden was the last of our fighters compete on the night and looked strong and on form from the outset taking the unanimous win. A big thanks to the team working together putting all there hearts into it! A massive thanks Mark, Dan, Rory and Trev for all of your help and to everyone how came along and showed support. It makes a big difference to the fighters to hear your ongoing support. SMG!!!!!!

The last class at Keegan Street will be the morning class at 9.30 am on the 30th, all classes to follow afterwards will be at Stock Road.... 01.01.2022 To our valued SMG members, Due to the latest Coronavirus government regulations, the gym is now closed until further notice. Your ongoing support will be greatly appreciated and needed during this hard time for everyone, to ensure the future of the gym. Please note that all memberships will be frozen from today until we re-open.... If you had a debit due to be taken today or tomorrow these will still be debited as we need 3 days to cancel any debits in processing. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and obviously a credit will be applied to your membership once we re-open. Upon closure we will be running a skeleton staff so if you could please allow us some time to respond to all questions and concerns on our social media channels and our email it would be much appreciated.
