I just wanted to address a few questions I’ve had with the impending re-opening of salons We do NOT have a set opening date yet, As soon as we get the green light, I will be in touch to book appointments Due to the demand of clients needing appointments, until everyone’s hair is caught up, I will NOT be offering colour corrections OR major colour changes. As you can appreciate, these services can take many hours. ... You must come to your appointments alone! unfortunately no kids/ friends can accompany you. (If your child has an appointment, this obviously doesn’t apply) Unfortunately I will not be taking on new clients, This includes those I haven’t seen in 2020 There has been a price increase, All updated prices are on the website. www.smcottage.com.au The updated colour prices now include Novaplex with each service As you all know I have always been a strong supporter Of Aussie companies/ suppliers. Now more than every this is so important, my prices reflect that. I will be doing my absolute best in the salon to keep you all safe and healthy, If you have even a sniffle, please get in touch to reschedule! - If you come to your appointment sick, I will not be able to do your hair, and unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund As you are all aware, Chris and I are new parents to our beautiful boy, Jackson, I will be returning to work with limited days/ hours. I certainly didn’t anticipate returning in the middle of a pandemic, when half of Victoria need their hair done but hey that’s life!
