25.01.2022 Feedback from a gorgeous patient of ours This patient recently had some treatment done to enhance her smile! She had been told she needed full Orthodontic Treatment but Dr Zukerman managed to do Veneers and Composite Bonding which ended up being more efficient and cost effective for the patient too!

10.01.2022 To all of our amazing patients, It goes without saying, it is a surreal time we are facing in the world at the moment. Our priority is always the health of our patients and our staff. With that in mind we would like to reassure you that visiting the dentist continues to be a safe place. Our infection control protocols are of the highest universal standard.... That being said, we have implemented some added extras to our already stringent infection control protocols to be extra safe. 1. While it is business as usual, all patients will be asked screening questions regarding overseas travel and if they have any current symptoms of COVID-19. If you do feel unwell or are concerned you may be exposed to the virus, please contact us by phone. We WILL assist you by other means than coming into the surgery. We may offer to FaceTime/Skype with you, organise scripts over the phone, or arrange some other method of assistance. 2. Our apologies, we have removed magazines from our waiting room and our waiting area is wiped down hourly. 3. Our bathrooms, as always, are stocked with hand soap and paper towels. We would appreciate either sanitising your hands upon arrival, or using the bathroom to wash your hands with soap and water. 4. It goes without saying, late cancellations will not hold judgement or fees. We would prefer you to openly cancel an appointment than feel you should 'push through' and put others at risk. While we are unsure what the future holds for Australia's health care system as a whole, we will be here until told otherwise. We are choosing to remain positive and do our bit to assist our local community. We will continue to provide general and emergency dental treatment to avoid unnecessary use the hospital system. Smile Designs continues to provide necessary and essential Dental Services as permitted with the most recent Government announcements and we will go beyond the required precautions for the health and safety of every one of us. As a sole practitioner, Dr. Zukerman’s Clinic has natural social distancing where we do not share our facilities and there is no other staff. At any appointment you will be ushered directly into the treatment room and exit without any person contact. Hoping everyone is managing well and we’re for you whenever needed
