05.01.2022 If you are one of our patients - pretty please save this post! Hi Everyone, Thank you so much for an awesome year - you've all done an amazing job transforming your smiles! Let's keep up the good work by remembering the 2 most important tips over this Christmas break. ... 1. KEEP THOSE PEARLY WHITES SUPER CLEAN. Aim to brush after every meal or minimum 2-3 times a day. And drink lots of water to get rid of any residue food and drink. 2.A (For aligners) WEAR YOUR ALIGNERS ALLL DAYYY LONGGG. Make sure you wear your clear aligners for 22 hours a day - only take them out to eat, drink and clean your teeth. 2.B (For braces) BE CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU EAT. Before you eat something, remember to stop and think "will this break my braces" and if so cut the food into smaller, bite sized pieces. If something breaks or you are in serious discomfort, please give the practice a call (5391 4500) and leave us a message with your name and number so we can get back to you. We will be closed from Thursday December 24, 2020 - Thursday January 7, 2021. If you need any supplies (wax, more aligners etc) please pop into the practice prior to Wednesday December 23.
