25.01.2022 CHARCOAL tooth powder REVIEW by a dentist! Is charcoal toothpaste SAFE to use? Does it WHITEN teeth? Can charcoal toot...h powder PROTECT against tooth decay? So heres the deal. I actually used charcoal tooth powder for an entire month! I have been concerned about the claims that some manufacturers make about the benefits of charcoal toothpastes and tooth powders. Claims like whitening teeth and protecting against tooth decay with all natural ingredients. Naturally, I had to put it to the test! So what happened? Did my teeth get whiter? What does it feel like using these products? Can they damage tooth enamel? Watch the video to find out! ..... Lets just say that I DO NOT recommend the use of charcoal toothpastes or tooth powders Head over to our blog for more details on the ingredients and how these manufacturers may be (and by may be I mean ACTUALLY) misleading. www.methoddental.com.au/charcoal-toothpaste-dentist-review/ See more

13.01.2022 Smilemakers would like to introduce our newest practitioner, Elijah. Here is a little bit about him: "I am an Oral Health Therapist graduate from the University of Sydney. During those years of study, I have learned to appreciate the complexity of dentistry and its integration with the rest of the body, and my eye for detail has shown me that this complexity means that every patient must be seen as unique and individual. Because of this, I ensure that you are well looked afte...r, well informed, and that every one of your problems is taken with utmost care and deliberation. My passion for the field of dentistry began when I was in primary school and has never left me since then. I am particularly interested in periodontal disease management and dental caries prevention but am ever- curious and always excited to learn new things in all aspects of dentistry hoping to expand my skills as a clinician. In my spare time, I enjoy playing the piano, singing, portrait photography, and tending to my growing collection of bonsai and tropical plants."

10.01.2022 Smilemakers has always been COVID SAFE. now we have a sticker to prove it. Dental surgeries, like all health care facilities, have to comply with a very high level of infection control. We are continuing to monitor our policies and procedures to stay on top of this virus. We are very proud of our local efforts to keep the infection numbers as low as possible/
