20.01.2022 STAFF PROFILE Dr Claire was awarded a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Sheffield, England in 2012. Dr Claire spent six years working in the United Kingdom as a general dentist before completing her Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.... In 2018, Dr Claire migrated to Australia where she has been working in private practice since. Dr Claire’s ethos is that ‘prevention is better than cure’ and this is the basis for her treatment planning approach. She believes that identifying and tackling a problem early on, will result in a superior treatment outcome. Dr Claire enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has a wide range of experience in Invisalign, crowns/veneers/bridges, root canal treatment, tooth whitening, aesthetic composite restorations and the construction of partial/complete dentures. Dr Claire carries out detailed consultations and likes to ensure that her patients experience is a positive as it can be. She understands how daunting visiting the dentist can be and especially for those new patients!

17.01.2022 The South Australian Government announced that dental practices in the state must not perform routine dental treatment and that all patients with acute dental concerns be directed to emergency care centres, in alignment with Level 5 Dental Service Restriction from Thursday 19 November 2020 for 6 days. She started her dental journey at the start of 2018 when she completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting. Georgia is very eager to widen her knowledge about dentistry and working here has helped her to experience assisting for a wide range of dental treatments from implants to root canal and surgical extractions and orthodontics
