22.01.2022 Dental practices are under Level 5 Restrictions now in SA effective 12:01am 19th November, which means we are not allowed to treat patients at all. Given these restrictions our offices will be closed until further advice given. This means that ALL scheduled appointments during this period have been cancelled. Please be patient at this time. Our staff will be in contact as soon as possible when we are able to reschedule your appointment again.... If you are in pain, please call us on 8231 9297 and we will assess your situation and advise you what to do. If you are in severe pain or have dental trauma or facial swelling, please ring 1300 008 222 Adelaide Dental Hospital and they will triage and treat as necessary. 06.01.2022 Some more changes for us in the dental practice setting! Under the new direction announced this week, from the 1st December 2020 by SA Health, all healthcare facilities, including GP, specialist practices, public and private hospitals and dental services: * Will be required to have a COVID Safe Plan * The COVID Safe Plan for healthcare settings must include a contact tracing system such as the QR-COVID Safe Check In ... * All people (including patients, patients family members, healthcare staff, administrative staff, contractors and cleaning staff) are required to wear Single Use Surgical Masks when on healthcare sites * There are exceptions to mask wearing in some situations, such as, certain breathing difficulties, mental health conditions, communication with deaf or hard of hearing community members, people under the age of 12 Please bring your own surgical mask if you have one!
