19.01.2022 4 UNHEALTHY VEGANS 25 years combined of veganism has clearly taken a huge toll on us Since 2015 I've been on a mission to spread the word, let people know th...at eating animals is a CHOICE, not a requirement as people believe I'm Vegan because I don't find it necessary to kill animals just for a few seconds of oral pleasure.. All of us think we would NEVER become vegan, then what happens is we allow ourselves to think, or observe what really goes on with our animals Lets think more seriously about what our actions mean. YES, have fun, party & celebrate, but lets take some accountability for our actions, as other lives depend on it Hope this inspires you to just eat one more vegan meal a week! Competing in sailing, she has represented Australia for 13 years in high performance sport! She's participated in 2 Olympics and won 3 World Championships! She's had 15 years of strength & conditioning coaching experience. Plus 10 years as a coach of sport and fitness with particular interest in a holistic approach to helping supporting, buildin...g and developing others find courage, strength & happiness to shine!
