18.01.2022 Stay active everyone!! If you have equipment at home make sure to use it and if you don’t that’s totally fine!! There are soooooo many body weight exercises that you can do and even better, get outdoors and go for a walk/run, breathe in the fresh air, get some vitamin D!!
16.01.2022 Never skip a Monday!! If you are unable to fit in the gym then make sure to do some form of physical activity........ better yet, why not head outdoors in this beautiful spring weather for a walk/jog/bike ride, be sure to find a spare 30min in your day for YOU!!

Have you decided on a new goal for this year or are you still moving towards a goal that you started in 2019?? Either way.........your time is now!! If 2020 is going to be anything like 2019 then you need to start now Starting can be by going for a walk daily then increasing to some form of exercise that you think you will enjoy sometimes this can be a little... overwhelming because you arnt sure of what you are capable of or you are not confident in doing something on your own, this is why it’s a great idea to find a friend or to find a personal trainer that can help you to reach your goals!! This year I have opened up a few extra time slots so if you have been thinking about personal training or would like some further information then PM me

From starting out with fitness programs to PT sessions to me leaving to go on maternity leave then to almost starting back at scratch on my return to work.
