13.01.2022 Just a little project I’ve been working on in my spare time. Monday will be opening day for ‘Cafe on Corporation’, great to finally see this initiative up and running, giving work opportunities to people with special needs. 05.01.2022 Said goodbye to my bricklayer, my work colleague, most of all my good mate Viv yesterday. Over the years Viv worked on over 200 of my homes. Always up for chat..there was never a taboo subject..religion..politics..had an opinion on all of it.. He was more than my bricklayer, he was a good mate, he always asked after my kids and called me Smivvy from day one.. The photo below is the only one I have of him..but it shows ... his approach to life..’head down..bum up’.. I’ll miss the cranky, loud, opinionated, friendly, honest old bugger.. Thanks Viv, you’ve left your mark on my world.. See more
