14.01.2022 It was a action packed Sunday in the Smithfield Mountain Bike Park with both XC Round 5 & the Women's Enduro Round 2 taking place... Congrats to all the winners, and to everyone for getting into it and having fun! Results are online for the Enduro in the link below, - with XC5 coming shortly. You can also go find your happy snaps captured skillfully by Melissa Popov Photography on Facebook for those in the Women's Enduro!! 11.01.2022 Attention riders there will be some filming happening on certain trails on Monday 6th July from lunch time Please follow any directions from film crew or any signs in place See official info below GREEN FROG TRACK OBSTRUCTION... FILMING ACTIVITY - MONDAY 6TH JULY 12.00 5.00PM This is to advise The Steve Jaggi Company will be filming scenes for their current production titled This Little Love of Mine in the Smithfield Conservation Park, Mountain Biking Trail, Green Frog Track on Monday 6th July from approximately 12.00 pm to 5.00pm. In order to facilitate filming, we will be parking essential vehicles (including 4 trucks) in the car park off McGregor Road (approximately 15 vehicles in total) The filming area is in several places along the track on the Green Frog Trail and there will be between 25-30 people with equipment, cameras etc utilising the track We will have people with radios on the track advising of bike activity but please note it is very difficult to clear the track quickly for a speeding mountain bike. We seek your support and assistance by avoiding that section of the track for the afternoon or finding an alternative trail if possible.
