23.01.2022 Demolition works have commenced on our Toowoomba (Centenary Heights) Goodstart Early Learning Centre. On completion, early in 2019, the centre will have capacity for 80 children.

20.01.2022 Green Leaves Albany Creek Early Learning Centre commenced trade on the 7th January 2019, and has advised that enrolments are above expectations. A 6-week Expression of Interest (EOI) sale campaign started today.

20.01.2022 Green Leaves Ashgrove Cottage Early Learning Centre is rapidly taking shape. The slab for the upper level rear playdeck is now complete with acoustic fence and roof structure now under construction. Works are still tracking to an April 2019 completion.

19.01.2022 Albany Creek Childcare Centre is nearly complete.

19.01.2022 With some design changes coupled with recent wet weather, our Chapel Hills site is pushing for a practical completion of late May 2019.

18.01.2022 Construction of our Goodstart Early Learning Centre commenced on 7th January 2019. Foundations for the main building slab are complete. Formwork and reinforcement for the ground level slab will be completed this week, as will perimeter retaining walls to the site.

18.01.2022 Another Smithfield Property Group project was completed this week. An architecturally designed 131 place childcare centre that will nurture young curious minds, encourage play, and have beaming smiles.

16.01.2022 Lower level wall framing is complete and upper floor framing is underway at our Ashgrove site.

16.01.2022 The site for our Toowoomba childcare centre settles today, and we envisage construction to commence in September.

15.01.2022 The site is progressing nicely at Albany Creek. It wont be long and the food retail outlet will be opening its doors.

15.01.2022 The development proposal for our Kelvin Grove project has been approved by the Brisbane City Council, and Thallon Mole Group have been appointed to coordinate the design and construction of the project. On completion Edge Early Learning will operate a 132 place childcare centre.

15.01.2022 Construction at our Toowoomba site is tracking well. The centre is now at full lock up stage with all internal and external painting complete. All cabinetry and joinery has been installed and all floor coverings will be installed shortly. Completion is still forecast for July.

11.01.2022 Chapel Hill is progressing well with multiple trades now onsite. All structural steel is installed and first floor framing is complete. The project is still on track for an April completion.
