24.01.2022 Why can't long term problems be removed in one session? The problem is simply the muscles need to be reset. Days, weeks, months, years of dysfunction become the normal muscle pattern. So one session will just be changed back to the dysfunction in a short period of time. That's why follow up treatments are so important to break the dysfunction and reset the muscle to a pain free state.

06.01.2022 I’m shut from the 26th of March as directed by the Government. There is still some confusion about it in the industry but it is stated:- Spa and Massage parlours, excluding health related services such as physiotherapy and other allied health services. Remedial Massage is not an Allied Health Service. So I thank you for your custom over the years and I’ll open again once this is over. Regards, Stuart Smith.

01.01.2022 At the Clinic each client gets clean towels including face cover and disinfectant on contact surfaces along with facilities cleaned and disinfected between use. Therapist hand washing protocols before and after treatments are strictly adhered to. Now since COVID-19 the new protocols are that nothing has changed, these are best practices for the industry. Also the advantage of a sole trader is that there is no waiting room, no contact with others, no touching doors. So if you need treatments don’t delay the risk has been minimised as much as I can. I will be trading as normal, (unless the Government enforces a shut down) I need your custom like many small businesses and I appreciate your support.
