24.01.2022 What a great story, a true gentleman on and off the track ol Bazza.... good luck, hope Lucy can deliver your 80th bday present!!

24.01.2022 The Beat broke her maiden status at her 7th start at Barcaldine today over 1200m. The Beat holds a soft spot at the stables as she is one of the home grown babies. 4 years in the making and today was her lucky day!! Another of the home grown babies Boom or Bust ran 3rd in the bm 55 today as well. These 2 mares grew up together at the farm and to see them both now win races makes it a happy day!

23.01.2022 Two days of racing for the stables and today at Toowoomba Calculated Risk who was given a gun ride by Matt McGillivray collected his maiden win at his 2nd start for connections since joining the stables. Take A Shine didn't disgrace herself either running 5th beaten 2.7 length at her first attempt over the 1850m. A big thankyou to Jake Capewell for looking after our 2 runners for the last couple of days and taking them to the races and also Aaron Lane for coming to strap them today. Yesterday the team went to Charleville for 2 seconds with Besters and Super Sid and 2 fourths with The Scoop and Pirelli. Thanks to everyone for helping out to make the weekend go to plan!

22.01.2022 Roma Turf Club hosted the first of the tab meetings due to the new zoning today and the stable kicked off the first race with a winner in Take A Shine. As a mark of respect black arm bands where worn to honour Gollan Racing with the passing of Darryl Gollan early this morning. Darryl along time friend to us was a great man who was well respected in the industry and in a fitting note Take A Shine was in the Gollan yard last preparation so that wins for you ole mate, may you RIP.... Stable apprentice Daniel Robert McGillivray made another milestone on Take A Shine clocking in his first tab winner!! Boom or Bust ran a nice 2nd, Besters ran 3rd and Dirty Ditty run 4th!

21.01.2022 The Roma Tab meeting today brought us so much joy in the first race with Persaga. Persaga affectionately known as Molly-Rose was having her first start today. What made it so special for us was that she is one of our own home grown babies out of our old superstar Performia. It brings so much joy to see them grow from foals into racehorses and to have them win was the cherry on top!! The stable then collected a 2nd with Malibu Affair and a 3rd with Jazzy's Angel. Yesterday at... Rockhampton we saw Calculated Risk run 2nd and the best bridesmaid ever Besters run another 2nd as well. The other joy today was having our former apprentice Matthew John M'cGillivray turn up to catch up an watch his younger brother Daniel Robert McGillivray ride at the meeting. Congratulations to everyone and a big thankyou to the staff for their hard work ... especially on these cold in the minus degrees mornings See more

20.01.2022 Couldn't help but share this great article on our former apprentice Matt McGillivray... congratulations on your achievements and theres plenty more instore that's for sure!! http://www.horseracingonly.com.au/racing-article.aspx

19.01.2022 Pirelli found his way back to the winners stall today at Blackall with stable apprentice Daniel Robert McGillivray in the saddle. Pirelli gave them something to chase but found himself winning with a comfortable 3 length margin. Congratulations to his connections and thanks to Roxanne Lucinda Weston for the great photo!

18.01.2022 Racing at 2 venues today has collected the stables 3 winners and 2 seconds. Hezome saluted at Rockhampton at his 2nd run back. Hezome has had a preparation of ups n downs spending a lot of time at the vet hospital in Toowoomba but today he showed his owners that patience is a virtue by getting the chocolates!! Over to Charleville and stable apprentice Daniel Robert McGillivray rode his first winning double with Third Rock and Real Patriot. The Scoop and Malibu Affair both tried there hardest in running 2nd! Thanks to the team for stepping up when the time was really needed with Craig being quite ill!! Muchly appreciated....

16.01.2022 The stable ventured off to Charleville today with 4 runners. Bright Copper made it back to back wins after winning her maiden last start to a Class B today ridden by stable apprentice Daniel Robert McGillivray. Bright Copper has now had 2 starts for 2 wins since joining the stable. Tiger Love ran a nice first up 2nd for her connections and Pirelli came 4th and The Scoop 5th. Craig called the meeting today and was great to hear him call home a winner for his partner Sandy. Thanks to the staff for there continuous work ethic.

16.01.2022 Roma was the destination for today and with 5 runners engaged it was great to get 2 winners, a 2nd and a 3rd. Bright Copper made it 3 in a row taking out the first race a class b over 1000m. Apprentice Jockey Dan McGillivray has now had 2 rides for 2 wins on this filly and only being a 2 year old she is showing a real liking to our country tracks. Lady Blackwood who was having her first start for the stables broke her maiden over the 1200m and was ridden by Shane McGovern. Besters didn't disappoint either running 2nd and Tiger Love ran 3rd. Thankyou to everyone involved in the stables and congratulations to all connections!!

13.01.2022 Well it's pretty fair to say that Craigs lucky charm is his partner Sandy who half owns todays winner Third Rock! Sandy only returned from Brisbane yesterday after spending 6 weeks there after having a spinal fusion. Although she couldn't physically be at todays races it's great to have her home. Third Rock was ridden by stable apprentice Daniel Robert McGillivray who has now won 3 on him and has now won 6 races in his career. Dan made it a winning double today when he steered home New Alliance in an earlier race. Thanks to all our family, friends and staff for helping out in this difficult time, we can't thankyou all enough.

12.01.2022 The team headed off early this morning with 5 runners bound for Emerald. Third Rock made it back to back wins for stable apprentice Daniel Robert McGillivray. Dan rode confidently even though he forgot to wear his goggles (again) and ended up book ending the program when he steered home a winner for the Clinto Taylor Racing Stables and connections in the first race. Dan has now ridden a double at his last 2 meetings so a big congrats to you. Super Sid ran 3rd, Sidina flew home for 4th and 1 was scratched at the barriers so it was an eventful day. Thanks to the staff for their continuous work ethic!

09.01.2022 Roma hosted a 6 race program yesterday and the stable saddled up 9 runners for the meeting. The day started off with Bright Copper winning the Qtis maiden and being a filly it was a nice collect for connections as she was having her first start for the stable. Then 2 seconds with Boom Or Bust and Pirelli, a third with Besters and 2 fourths with The Scoop and Potekmin. Thanks to the staff who help the team ticking along!

07.01.2022 Roma hosted the 2nd of TAB meetings today and the stable had a lot of joy with 3 winners in Better Be Great who was having her 2nd start, Take A Shine who now makes it 2 in a row and Boom or Bust after running 2nd at her latest outing. Booma was an extra bonus being a qtis registered filly for her connections. Besters came in 2nd, Calculated Risk ran 3rd and Pirelli clocked in 4th. Congratulations to the jockeys and connections of all the runners and a big thank you to the staff for a great work ethic!!

05.01.2022 Pogo might of missed the start today at Dalby but he collected the field up and saluted at only his 3rd career start in the QTIS 1100m maiden. Pogo who was first up today after having a nice spell was ridden by stable apprentice Daniel Robert McGillivray.

04.01.2022 Congratulations to all the connections of Hezome. Alfred won the class 6 at Rockhampton today against older horses. Thanks to Adrian Coome for preparing him for todays assignment.

01.01.2022 Third Rock made it back to back wins at Charleville today so that now makes it 7 wins. (four of those wins have been at his last 6 starts) with four 2nds and six 3rds from 33 starts. Congratulations to Apprentice jockey Daniel Robert McGillivray has won 4 of those 7 wins so it's fair to say they have a great bond on race day. Thanks to Ross Tilley who rides him work, Dan on a winning double today and to the staff for their great work ethic... also need to thank Third Rock we would like a stable full like you as honest as they come and gives it his best shot each time.. you deserve an extra dipper of food tonight
