10.01.2022 Roasted Vegies for lunch, yummo Roasted Pumpkin, Capsicum and Mushies sitting in a tomato sauce topped with Spinach (sorry, not vegan- I baked the mushies with butter).. next time we will add roasted red onion too.. only available at Smiths :)
