21.01.2022 Another day, another wedding
21.01.2022 *CONGRATULATIONS* Yesterday Renee was on stage for the First time competing in INBA Fitness Model. I think we can all agree she looks absolutely amazing. While... she didn't place, she did receive a call out to the top 10 from 25 girls. Renee has put in 9 months of hard work with her training and her nutrition and the team at Blueprint Health and Fitness is so proud of her. Her trainer Craig put in some long hours to get her food and training right. This was the first girl he had prepped for a competition so there was a lot of learning to do. Blueprint Health and Fitness would also like to thank the following sponsors for helping Renee get to the stage. 12.01.2022 And so my first wedding season of the year ended on an absolute high as we had perfect weather for Amy's wedding yesterday. Not only did she look just divine, but she was also probably in the top 5 most relaxed brides that we have ever done hair and makeup for. We could tell it was going to be a good day when the bridal party started with a yoga sesh and finished their prep by lazing around on the verandah taking in the scenery! Can't wait to share some photos - what an awesome day. x

08.01.2022 Thanks to Blueprint Health and Fitness and Fate Fitness for looking after me when I dislocated my shoulder AGAIN yesterday (first time on their turf though, just to clarify. And it was my fault too!). The reponse was amazing, they all knew what to do and I'm feeling great now. Unfortunately it was my makeup arm though so bookings will be on hold for a little while. Sorry about the inconvenience!
