The watercress raft not only helps to shade the water and keep it cool but it acts as a biological filter to remove nitrogenous waste from water and helps to generate more oxygen in the water! 04.01.2022 Thank you very much Frank Tsai and family. I forgot to pack eggs for a family weekend at Beachport and only remembered when we were on the freeway near Mt Bark...er. Could have purchased some at Meningie butcher but messaged Austar Mariculture and Frank left the two dozen eggs literally on the farm gate with my favourite watercress which I often get at the Adelaide Farmers Market. Fantastic service! See more
