22.01.2022 The Pawn roll (yes we named it with out the r because it’s a sexy ass roll ) With mango prawns, chopped lettuce, bacon, guacamole and hollandaise sauce served with house seasoned fries.

20.01.2022 important announcement We have had to close early due to an equipment malfunction. We unfortunately have had to make the very hard and sad decision to close earlier then expected due to some unexpected problems. We only have the capacity and capability to complete the Christmas party and catering orders we have. It is very important we honour these pre booked catering orders so we unfortunately have to close early.... We have done everything we can to get it fixed however it will just not be possible to get this done in time now. We are so very sorry to everyone we have disappointed, believe us we are also very disappointed. After the year we have already had this was a real kick in the d!ck. We hope you all have a very safe and happy Christmas, this year has been a bloody tough one so we sincerely hope everyone has a good, safe and very merry Christmas. All the catering orders already ordered will be honoured and ready when promised. Thank you all for your understanding and a huge thank you to everyone for all your support this year. 17.01.2022 We are back, Open and back to normal trade from tomorrow. We hope you all have had a merry and safe Christmas and New Years. ... We are excited to be opening tomorrow and can’t wait to get back to knocking out our smoked meats, burgers, awesome specials and of course some new and exciting things for this year. 13.01.2022 As promised we have some new exciting things coming this year, one of them being the new menu We have changed a few things up with some new additions including new burger, dogs and desserts. We have also kept some of the old favourites as they are too popular to change.... We have enjoyed the break so we could work on the new exciting things ahead, however we have missed you all and are excited to see you all this year. Yeah that’s right we missed you and all your beautiful faces . We are open tomorrow resuming our normal hours. We hope you all enjoy the new menu and keep your eyes peeled...

06.01.2022 Some private function catering, With old bay baked scallops, creole pan fried jumbo prawns, blackened chicken with Cajun corn and mashed potatoes and of course southern fried catfish with mustard greens and hollandaise sauce. With catering starting to come back to life we only have a few limited spaces left for Christmas parties, but get in quick.

05.01.2022 The Honey Badger, With honey and bourbon dipped crispy Louisiana fried chicken fillet, bacon, American cheddar, special sauce, pineapple and green onion slaw all on a soft toasted potato bun. Get in quick because they will be off like a brides nightie . Add sriracha or hot sauce so you can get sweatin like a gypsy with a mortgage (highly recommend)

We take the hard work out of it for you, (well most of it we leave the eating and drinking part for you ) with packs that are all hot, sliced, sauced, dressed ready to go in disposable trays.
