24.01.2022 Smoking Mad BBQ had an amazing weekend at Hazy Days in Corio during the weekend, although the results weren’t in our favour, we had a blast. Congratulations to all teams who had a call up and for Bison BBQ for the GC and Burchers Axe BBQfor the RGC. 12.01.2022 Happy Australia Day. We've been a little quiet of late honing our Smoking Mad skills that is low and slow barbecuing and lately direct charcoal grilling only using meats from Char Char Char butchers fueled by Heat Beads BBQ Briquettes. We'll be continuing to spread the gospel that is BBQ and if you haven't got plans today come down to the Boneyard from 12pm (at the back of 515 Highett Road, Highett) and help support the Bushfire Appeal with plenty good food and prizes. Next weekend we'll be kicking off our first comp of the year at HAZY DAYS at Beckley Park (Corio/Geelong). Have a great weekend all.
