24.01.2022 Welcome to Smooth As...today I'd like to share the next piece of the Story which started bringing to life the brand created for You to #livethesmoothlife Never be afraid to follow a Dream Even though it might not always be Smooth! ... Don’t be mistaken the Dreamworld move was awesome BUT it wasn’t easy, it challenged on many levels As I was offered only a part-time position and had a young family to support it meant I had to keep pushing to get more hours and as a result ended up working in many departments! Along with the work in Rides & Attractions I ended up adding jobs within the realms of Dreamworld in Engineering, Entertainment and Koala Country (leaf-cutting for feed) - which brought lots of new adventure into my work world - it was great fun though after 3 years I was ready to move on I really do think I always had the ‘dreamer’ in me waiting to find its’ way out Fast forward again to when the word ‘Smooth’ entered And the ‘Smooth Canoes’ brand began I quickly discovered I was out of my depth - it’s not always smooth sailing or canoeing either!
