As part of the Mallee Sports Assembly (MSA) - Loddon Mallee Region Move It Project ‘Beyond the Front Step’, open to all, especially older adults (65 + years, men and women) Rhonda Allan of the Mallee Sports Assembly, with great support from the Buloke Shire Council is aiming to attract more people, to include regular physical activity into their lifestyles. The sessions will be conducted at the Birchip Senior Citizens Rooms, Sherwood Street, Birchip, 9.30am-10.30am each Tuesday until 15th December 2020.
