Today, we look into the past, in reminiscence of the legacy of our Guru while we try and embrace a future and all the uncertainty that it brings. It is with this fervent prayer that we welcome you into our space. Namaste. Please like this page to enjoy content like this in the future.

10.01.2022 SMV @ Perth Festival.. Thursday, 20 February. https://www.perthfestival.com.au/event/lit-crawl-perth/... Have you ever heard of the Ramayana? Its one of two great Indian epics written in Sanskrit and its ... well, epic. Its travelled across Asia as part of the Hindu religion and lots of cultures have their version of it. If you hop along to the Lit Crawl you can hear one of its best stories and - bonus! - you get to dance The story to life! In this part of the Ramayana, Ravana is trying to kidnap Sita. The audience helps to create the positive energy that will keep Sita safe, until Ravana disguises himself as a sage and tricks Sita into leaving the circle. The dance used to tell the story is called the Kechak, from Bali and it really gets the story moving. Join the circle and feel the fun! Please note limited accessibility into venue.
