20.01.2022 . Being must be felt, it can’t be thought Eckhart Tolle So many Feelings Most of us... For various reasons Suppress Responsibilities Other people’s needs Expectations Always taking lead The pain Rises Not knowing Why This can totally blind side Debilitating Bringing about Additional Worry Crippling Physically Emotionally A message It is time for self healing. Our inability To discern Another’s energy From our own Has taken over Our lives Compromising Our entire State of being Neglecting What we need Our vitality As women Is so freely Given away Not recognising The need To honour Nurture & Nourish Our unique Sovereignty. On Reflection The pain Was always present inside These very real Feelings I would always hide. To achieve The love The connection I did not deem Myself Worthy Of receiving By being me Always believing This was the way it had to be Putting others needs Ahead of me Learning to connect in With my soul self Has been life changing. 14.01.2022 . Receiving Weaving Energies Is the way... It seems to be For me You see I’ve always known this A part of me Yet I’ve been unconscious To the reality The power The magnetism Of this unique Quality I bare Inside of me I still am learning Embodying This essence Through coaching And up levelling The shit out of my being. 12.01.2022 . Do you feel like you want to ‘ESCAPE’ life sometimes? The busy-ness, commitments, responsibilities, children (sad but true) and you simply just want to escape from it all?! I sure have. ... Can you IMAGINE what it would feel like to EMBRACE life instead of wanting to ESCAPE it? What I mean is every moment of every day, finding a way to be with and embrace ALL THE FEELS that life brings, all of that discomfort that rises inside of you, the good times & the bad, the dark & the light, imagine moving through the ebb and flow of all that life brings with much more ease and flow. Every breath we take, every step we make, can be filled with peace, joy and serenity Thich Nhat Hanh Whilst an ‘escape’ & choosing to ignore or override difficult & confronting feelings that rise through life may provide some initial relief and a renewed sense of self, imagine being able to end the vicious cycle that leads you to burnout, fatigue, overwhelm & exhaustion consuming so much of your energy, your entire being, who you are & how you show up every single day, for yourself & your family.
