23.01.2022 HELLO friends! I can’t believe it’s already February My kids are back at school so that means I’m back, baby! But... I’m coming back slowly this year. I’ve got a few things happening in the background at the moment and I don’t want to commit to too much right now NEW ORDERS/ RESTOCK My Bookshop will be restocked this Sunday 9th February at 8PM AEDT/ NSW time!!! I will only be accepting a limited amount of orders this intake (between 10-15 I’m thinking). This is pur...ely for customers who want their books ASAP. Personalised forms must be completed within 48hrs of ordering (Turnaround will be 1-2 weeks from form submission). Once my numbers have been met, whether it’s 10 minutes after restock or days after restock, my Bookshop will close again until further notice. I suggest you order quick if you’re wanting a special book from me anytime soonish EXISTING ORDERS If you’ve previously placed an order with me and are yet to personalise, please do so as soon as you are able to. Last year ended with quite a large amount of outstanding orders that I’d really like to cull this beginning of the year if possible! If this is you please me know if I can help out in any way. A fresh update in my stories now, go have a read if you are waiting on a book In short, my FINAL batch of books is off to print on Monday morning Aiming for ALL books to be posted to their little people’s houses by Dec 10th Have you received yours yet? 16.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFO Here’s a few things that you should be aware of if you plan on ordering from me before Christmas As most of you already know I am on sale tomorrow in the @misskyreeloves Adore Christmas Gift Guide (the launch party is tonight, I’ll be there in spirit ekkkk) I don’t go on sale very often AT ALL so I predict a little craziness... woohoo My ‘offical’ last orders taken date is Sun 17th Nov BUT I may close my Bookahop earlier, in fact at any give...n time, if I reach my order quota earlier than this date (my biz is just me ). IF I close earlier than this date I will do my best to reopen again quickly for a few more of your book orders if possible!! It makes me feel terrible when I know so many miss out on these special books but there’s only so much my 2 hands are capable of I will keep you all updated here. BOOO... I’ve had to increase postage for a single book because AusPost has increased their letter post costs recently Has gone up by $1 ($8). This is the only one I’ve increased. The price for 2 books ($10) or even MORE books ($15 capped) remain the same. If you have ordered from me or plan to order from me in the next couple of weeks and would like your book in 2019, PLEASE personalise ASAP. The form CUT OFF is Weds Nov 20th, forms submitted after this date will NOT be delivered until 2020. 10.01.2022 CLOSING TOMORROW Have you got your order in? Have you personalised it yet? My Bookshop will close tomorrow at 9-10pm (/before I go to bed ) ... Cut off for personalised forms are to be in on Weds 20th Nov to be processed by me this year. If they come in later OR I don’t receive a form for your order then your order will be processed/ followed up in the new year. I unfortunately don’t have the time this year to follow up on forms for those who have ordered, I hope everyone read the cut off in the product description before ordering! PS. 10.01.2022 FORMS This is super duper important so please read! If you have ordered a book from me and would like it this year (in time for Christmas) the FINAL day to submit your forms is TOMORROW. This was written in the product description of each book and is clearly written on the top of the forms too. Any form that I receive after Weds will be actioned in 2020 when I return to work (Feb). If you know a friend that has ordered from me pleaseee tag them below! I don’t have the time to follow everyone up who hasn’t sent in their form this year unfortunately so hoping everyone is aware of this If you’re happy to wait then no worries at all. 08.01.2022 ...AND that’s a wrap from me! All books ordered and personalised before the 2019 cut off period have now been processed, designed, handbound + handcut! 99% of orders have been posted + tracking has been sent. The final 7 orders will be in the mail tomorrow morning, tracking will follow. I send express so there’s plenty of time for the man in red to throw them in his sack before THE day... ekkk #christmasfreak If you live in NSW est delivery is generally 1-2 days. Anywher...e else is approx 2-5. This Mumma is tired but I’m SO relieved at how relatively smooth these last few months have gone!! Ofcourse always a few hiccups along the way but nothing major. I think I’ve gotten these last ones out maybe a full week before last year? Let me please THANK YOU SO MUCH for your ongoing support. For your orders, for your comments, for your photo/ video/ SM shares (!), simply for your love for my lil books! I’ve truly loved making every one of them! When cleaning up my photo files I easily recall your children’s books and their names, it always brings a smile to my face. I really do my best to make your book/s as perfect as I can for you and keep striving to do better (and have more options for you)! Next year will bring a bit more opportunity for me to give a little more to this business without compromising precious time with my family, which will always comes first. Always trying very hard to find that balance, sometimes failing this year. I plan on cleaning my entire house over the next few work days left for the year The things I’ve mostly neglected this last month And then... nothing. I’m going to enjoy a few days of doing NOTHING Well as ‘nothing’ as a Mum can do! I hope you all have the most wonderful festive season and that it brings lots of memories of love, fun and silliness with your special people I’ll be taking a break on here for a while. I’ll probably be the very last on the algorithm when I return but oh well!
