23.01.2022 VENOMOUS SNAKES CAN CLIMB!!!! RED BELLY IN ROLLER DOOR!!! I was called out to a home in Lake McDonald to catch this cheeky Red bellied black snake which had made its way up into the roller door. It was a fiddly catch, had to be very careful and gentle with the snake, it kept wrapping around the sharp metal parts of the roller door. It took a couple of gentle attempts and it was out safely. This video shows that venomous snakes can absolutely climb! You just don’t see it very much but they are still very good at it. Enjoy everyone Luke 0499 920 290

22.01.2022 Sunday morning I went to relocate this beautiful Carpet python from a home in Lake Weyba. As you can see it had picked a pretty nice spot to snooze Luke

22.01.2022 GETTING BUSY!!!! Well as the weather warms up and Spring comes into full swing so do the snakes! It’s breeding season now until about the end of November. Where there’s one, there is often another... so keep an eye out This is a beautiful little Common tree snake I relocated from a home in Eumundi. Such a cutie Luke 0499 920 290

20.01.2022 Unfortunately this carpet python was already dead when I arrived still a good opportunity to see inside its mouth. Nice sharp teeth Luke 0499 920 290

20.01.2022 Just a little video of a Common tree snake I released, the cheeky little fella was sitting on their hallway step. It shows what absolutely amazing climbers they are even on a slippery palm frond Luke 0499 920 290

20.01.2022 Anyone lost a pet Diamond python or know anyone in the Bli Bli area who has? Could be from near there but found in that area. Read below and call Jordan if you have Luke

19.01.2022 BIG CARPET PYTHON IN BEDROOM!!! This afternoon I was called out to a home in a Noosa Heads to relocate this beautiful big Carpet Python that had taken up residence in their bedroom. The house had been vacant and locked up for a while and the snake had obviously been in there for a while. There was dried up snake poo in the room. Lucky for the home owners the snake was found before anyone went to bed. Imagine waking up with a python curled up next to you. Just for cuddles though enjoy everyone and stay safe Luke 0499 920 290 To use this video in a commercial player or in broadcasts, please email [email protected]

18.01.2022 Missing pet! Anyone missing a Spotted python in Coolum? If unclaimed I’ll be taking to DEHP tomorrow in Maroochydore. Pics and evidence that it’s yours would be good. Also an address. Luke 0449 920 290

18.01.2022 RED BELLIES ARE STILL MY FAVOURITES this one is only 5.5ft so not that big really but angle of the pic makes it look big! Still a decent sized snake. This was from a home in Tewantin yesterday. Luke 0499 920 290

17.01.2022 Have a great weekend everyone Luke

17.01.2022 WARNING, HIGHLY GRAPHIC...CAT GETTING EATEN BY MASSIVE SNAKE!!! This morning I was called out to a home in Eerwah Vale (near Noosa) to relocate this massive carpet python which had sadly killed and was eating the resident’s cat. When I arrived it was about 1/3 through so I just sat back and waited for it to swallow its meal. It took about 30 minutes for a cat this large. It goes to show you all that a cat even this size can still get eaten. So please for your cat’s safety and to protect our beautiful wildlife keep them inside or in an outdoor cat enclosure. You’re protecting your beloved pet and you’re saving our wildlife. Luke 0499 920 290 To use this video in a commercial player or in broadcasts, please email [email protected]

17.01.2022 2 MILLION VIEWS!!!! Well this is a record for my page!!! I’ve had my videos that have been on other pages get a lot more views but for my page it’s the biggest Not surprising that this one did well. It’s pretty graphic and definitely upset a lot of people. Please remember the point in the video: education and safety for cats and wildlife. Again my apologies if it offends you, just make sure you read and listen if you haven’t seen it before. Also thank you to all the wonde...rful hate comments and hate calls I got for this one.... Obviously reading and listening to the description and audio is too much for some..... so cheers dont worry I will be doing my normal videos and posts soon. I’ve been having a break from social media and it’s been nice but I’m back now Back on here haha, I’ve been catching snakes almost every day still So keep an eye out because everything’s coming back So enjoy your winter all and stay warm Luke 0499 920 290

16.01.2022 BIG EASTERN BROWN IN CHICKEN COOP!!! I was called out to home in North Arm to relocate this absolutely stunning Eastern brown from under a wooden slab in their chicken coop. It was eating the rats and stealing chicken eggs. As you can see theses animals are not out to get you. If you leave them alone or stand still if you stumble across one they will leave you alone. This one was an absolutely beautiful snake. I was calm with it and it with me. Stay safe everyone and stay inside! Luke 0499 920 290

15.01.2022 BIG CARPET PYTHON AND BIG SPIDER!!! I was called out to a home in Doonan to relocate this beautiful Carpet python that had been hanging around their outdoor sofa for a few days. In the background there is a beautiful big huntsman spider, I have pretty big hands so trust me when I put my hand next to it this spider is pretty big With small dogs and a cat it was time for this big snake to find a new home. The snake had eaten a large meal, so I was trying to be as supportive and gentle as possible but she wasn’t playing ball and going into the bag by herself, so I ended up just tipping her into the bag Enjoy everyone and keep an eye out there are so many snakes out! Oh and the huntsman was left in its home in peace Luke 0499 920 290

15.01.2022 CARPET PYTHON EATING A POSSUM AT MY HOUSE!!! This afternoon myself and a mate got back from a call and found the driveway blocked by a Carpet python eating a Ring tailed possum. Its now sitting nice and high up one of the trees. Picture is first comment A python taking a possum during the day is common. If you think about it, it makes sense. Possums are nocturnal and have terrible eyesight during the day and they sleep during the day. So it’s the perfect time to ambush them. It’s the natural circle of life and was even cooler because it was at home enjoy everyone Luke 0499 920 290

14.01.2022 TREE SNAKE TUESDAY!!! I relocated this beautiful little Common tree snake from a bedroom in Doonan today. Absolutely stunning enjoy and fingers crossed for some rain! Luke 0499 920 290

14.01.2022 TIME FOR SOMETHING CUTE!!!! I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted. Thought I’d let the dust settle from the cat video. Don’t worry I’ve been still running around catching snakes anyway this is my pet Shingleback skink Peggy. She’s absolutely adorable, loves cuddles and loves banana even more this is just a little vid of her enjoying her favourite treat enjoy everyone, stay safe and enjoy the cool weather Luke 0499 920 290 and Peggy

13.01.2022 I HAVE A NEW PHONE!!!! So after a long time I’ve finally upgraded the iphone7 I had. I’m running the new 12pro now. So I’ll be posting all the time now and have a constant story going. The jump in the camera quality and also reliability is crazy the old 7 really just didn’t work half the time. Really must try and move with the times more. Still learning the camera of course but I’ll get there Anyway I got this quick snap today when I released this beautiful Carpet python I... relocated from a home in Noosa Springs. As you can see her eyes are milky blue, this is because she’s about to shed her skin. When snakes are going into shed there is a chemical produced that allows the old skin to separate from the new skin beneath, including the eye scale. In this time the snake has even less vision than usual (most snakes have pretty bad eyesight). This can mean sometimes they’re a bit more defensive of what’s around them. They literally are half blinded. Thankfully though this gentle girl was amazing Enjoy everyone and watch this space! Luke 0499 920 290

12.01.2022 6ft EASTERN BROWN SNAKE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOOSAVILLE!!!! Just down the road from Aldi! This chunky boy was sitting between their fence and the fence of the neighbours pool. Was a tricky catch because of the fence height differences but got him in the bag. This is when I released it. It shows you all how massive he is! This is the first Eastern brown I’ve caught in Noosaville in 4 years of catching around here. This proves that the worlds second most venomous land animal is definitely around but thankfully in Noosaville there’s not too many. Just lots of Red bellies Very healthy and beautiful animal I was so excited when I saw him. Nature is awesome! Enjoy everyone Luke 0499 920 290

12.01.2022 Enjoy the photo and your evening everyone Carpet python from a home in Doonan. Luke 0499 920 290

12.01.2022 VERY BUSY!!!! It’s getting so busy! The snakes are out and the weathers warming up. This beautiful 3m Carpet python just giving the camera a cheeky kiss enjoy everyone and watch the roads. There is a lot of wildlife out Luke 0499 920 290

11.01.2022 EASTERN BROWN HIT BY CAR Today my mate Jordan (All Coast Reptile Relocations) went out to cover another mate (Rhys Chapman Wildlife Services) while he was on a another rescue. This poor Eastern Brown had been hit by a car in Nambour, so unfortunately I ended up having to put it down. Massive injuries that I haven’t shown for obvious reasons. So it had to be done. On a positive note isn’t she absolutely beautiful. The orange spots on her belly are so vibrant. Very sad Please keep an eye out everyone there is a lot of wildlife out. Luke 0499 920 290 Luke 0499 920 290

11.01.2022 MASSIVE 3M CARPET PYTHON UNDER BED!!!! Today I was called out to a home in Doonan to relocate this absolutely massive Carpet python from under the couple’s bed. This is a great reminder everyone to keep your doors and windows closed if you don’t want snakes in your house! Not only snakes but everything else that you invite in by leaving it open... enjoy everyone and keep those doors and windows shut! Luke 0499 920 290

11.01.2022 HUGE EASTERN BROWN!!!! This is actually a photo I got sent yesterday from a couple in Marcus beach. Pretty sure they put it on the community board as well. This is a prime example of a big healthy male Eastern Brown. Good solid 6ft. The black banding on his body is something that most have when they hatch and then lose them as they grow older. Some however retain these bands for their whole life, even if it is sometimes faded compared to its youth. As you can see he’s an absolutely stunning animal. I’m catching so so many of these guys atm. It’s Spring and it’s definitely when we get the most active Eastern brown calls. Keep an eye out everyone there’s plenty of wildlife around. Luke 0499 920 290

09.01.2022 Enjoy your Sunday everyone I thought a cute little male Green jumping spider I found would put a smile on your face. Even if you’re not a fan of spiders you have to admit this little fella is pretty cute Luke 0499 920 290

09.01.2022 HUGE CARPET PYTHON IN CAT ENCLOSURE!!! I was called out to a home in Lake McDonald yesterday to relocate this absolutely massive three metre Carpet python. The snake was cruising across the deck when the quick thinking resident opened her empty cat enclosure up and the snake went straight in. She then promptly closed and locked the door. Absolutely beautiful animal, there are plenty of snakes out now so keep an eye out enjoy everyone Luke 0499 920 290

08.01.2022 HUGE 6ft+ EASTERN BROWN IN COORAN!!! Not really sure what happened with the leaning (I guess maybe I was leaning towards to camera I’m not sure)but the photo shows the size of the snake. Absolutely beautiful creature and very chilled enjoy everyone and keep cool Luke 0499 920 290

07.01.2022 FIRST DAY OF SPRING HUGE PYTHON IN TOILET!!!! Well today was a good start to Spring. I have come out of hibernation and am back online again. So watch this space Today I was called out to a home in Lake Cooroibah to relocate this beautiful big Carpet python from inside their toilet! The bloke had ushered the snake from the office area down the hall and then locked it in the toilet. What a place to end up! Enjoy everyone and keep an eye out for wildlife on the move Luke 0499 920 290

07.01.2022 Enjoy your weekend everyone

05.01.2022 2 BIG CARPET PYTHONS UNDER STAIRS!!! I was called out to a home in Pomona to relocate not 1 but 2 Carpet pythons from under their front steps. A big male and smaller female. It is breeding season so this is totally expected at this time of year. September to November With small pets and kids around it really wasn’t the best place for these 2 love birds to be. Was a bit of work to get to them both out but got them in the end Enjoy everyone and have a great night. Luke 0499 920 290

04.01.2022 EASTERN BROWN TRAPPED IN NETTING!!!! I was called out to a home in Pinbarren (Out the back of Cooroy and Pomona) to rescue this beautiful brown snake caught in netting. A sharp pair of scissors and some careful cutting later and he was free. Enjoy everyone and stay safe Luke 0499 920 290

03.01.2022 Thought it was time for a profile picture change.

01.01.2022 SATURDAY MORNING POOL SURPRISE!!!! What you’re seeing isn’t actually a snake! It is in fact a Common Scaly-foot. Which is a legless lizard and totally harmless. The Peregian man went to go for his morning swim and was greeted with another swimmer first! Thankfully though not a brown snake fun little facts about legless lizards. They have ears and can drop their tails. As you can see this little cutie has ears and if you look closely at the tail you can see a different colour. The lizard has dropped its tail at some point. Evading a predator perhaps and it’s regrown. This is a defensive mechanism that our little friends have to distract predators. I love these guys they’re so cool enjoy your day all and stay cool Luke 0499 920 290

01.01.2022 BIGGEST RED BELLY I’VE EVER CAUGHT!!!! This photo was actually from February last year. I was called to a business very close to my place in Doonan to grab this absolutely monster Red bellied black snake. It was over 6ft which is pretty big for a Red belly, there are bigger out there of course but this one is still very impressive. They’re an absolutely beautiful snake and still have to be my favourite snake The warm weather and Spring is coming folks so keep an eye out Luke 0499 920 290
