25.01.2022 The club is open and staffed from 9am- 5pm today! Members will have 24 hour access tho its best to check your card is actually working as its been soooo long, so drop in during staffed hours if you can. Remember you need to bring a sweat towel to use on all equipment otherwise you will not be allowed entry to the club. (This is not a new rule). No towel, No Entry!!! Do not move equipment and follow the social distancing rules of 1.5 meters ... Its your responsibility to ensure you sanitise your equipment before and after use. Remember to wash or sanitise your hands as soon as you enter the club to ensure we stop the spread and keep everyone safe. Now lets loose those COVID kilos. See more

23.01.2022 We will reopen from 9am tomorrow The Basics: Covid-19 is bad Exercise is good ... Social distancing is everyones responsibility Bring your access card or Photo ID otherwise you will not be allow access If you are sick stay home as you will not be allowed in the club What else you need to know: There is no need to call or text us. Access cards will simply start working from 9am onwards tomorrow Debits will not start until Tuesday next week. So there is plenty of time to contact us if you need to Staff will be at the club tomorrow from 9am -5pm to assist you Open 24/7 for all members. We are just waiting for 100% confirmation from the Government however it looks like we will be okay. If the NSW Government change restrictions then we have an extended staffed hours plan to activate Max 100 members at a time. Staff will be monitoring numbers so there is no need to book No towel, no train! This has always been the rules No group fitness classes (for now) Water bottles can be refilled from the water fountain (no drinking from the fountain) or bring your own from home Showers are currently not allowed to be used so please plan for this Sanitising and cleaning stations are located throughout the gym Its your responsibility to wipe down your equipment before and after use Remember social distancing, 1.5m apart from other members. Do not move equipment as everything complies with social distancing. We look forward to welcoming you back to your club.

23.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR NEW SOUTH WALES! The NSW government has announced that all gyms will require the presence of a COVID-Marshal during operating hours. What does this mean for our Club? The club will revert from 24-7 access to new increased Staff Hours from 8pm on Friday the 31-7-20.... We are studying member usage patterns to assess what operating times would be suitable for the vast majority of our members. Any member who may be affected be the new Operating Hours will be contacted. Please be patient with us as we are working as quickly as possibly to get the new information to you, our Loyal members. We are all in this together and we thank you in advance for your understanding and continued support. Stay tuned for further announcements.

20.01.2022 We are back!!! The club officially reopened on Saturday the 13th. Here is what you need to know: -24-7 hour access is available for all members (no need to book) -No sweat towel, no workout! Bring a towel otherwise you will have to buy one at the club -All membership billing will resume and your payment will be on the same day it was on before (contact the club if you need to update your details or to request a change of billing day)... -Group classes have been cancelled for now -Showers are not available -Water Fountain is only available to fill up your water bottle, not drink from. Bring your own water or you can purchase from the vending machine -Its everyones responsibility to clean equipment before and after use. -Machines have been positioned to comply with social distancing restrictions so please do not move them. -Wash or sanitise your hands when you arrive at the club and when you leave -Maintain social distancing rules Welcome back, lets loose those COVID kilos.
