02.01.2022 TASTY TUESDAYS You’ll love how easy it is to make these fudgy, chewy, melt-in-your-mouth energy bites. INGREDIENTS... 12 Medjool dates, pitted 1/3 cup Lean Protein Chocolate 1/4 cup Cacao Powder 1/4 cup peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 tsp sea salt 2 tbsp water METHOD 1.Combine the dates, Chocolate Lean Protein, cacao, peanut butter, vanilla extract and sea salt into a food processor. Blitz until crumbly. 2.Add in the water and continue to process until you end up with a sticky mixture. 3.Coat in your favorite toppings if desired and enjoy. Store in an air-tight container or jar at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the fridge for 2 weeks
