This workout is designed to target the ever so famous core muscles. I will be using four of my favorite core exercises to make this happen. Core Circuit:... 6 x Plank up 8 x Hip raise hold with weighted pull over(count the pull over repetitions) 10 x Reverse Crunch/Knee tucks 12 x Crunch * Ideally you want to start the next round straight away. 14.01.2022 Over the weekend there was an exciting announcement from the government confirming that restrictions are easing in gyms! For now, gyms must continue to be staffed with a Covid Marshall at all times to operate. It has been confirmed that this will be reviewed in two weeks which will hopefully see the return of 24/7 trade. *fingers crossed* Venue capacity has now been increased up to 150 people with a maximum of 1 person per 4 square metres ... These changes are effective immediately and if your membership is currently on hold due to recent restrictions and you'd like to recommence training, we encourage you to contact us via email or phone to reactivate your membership.

11.01.2022 Happy Lazy Sunday Social Fans. I had the pleasure of having a Dog Walk and Talk with Ms. Patricia Gaunt and Mr. Atticus 2.0. With our Fitness club being closed for nearly three months now, it was great to catch up with a familiar face. Atticus was a heckuva lad. He is gentle, quiet and easy to walk with. 02.01.2022 Due to Government mandatory Closures (including gyms) we unfortunately at this time have to close our club effective 8th July 2020 from 6pm. We will keep you updated as further information comes to light in relation to the duration of the mandated closure and re-opening dates are released from the government. For now, it is 6 weeks as per the governments' announcement. Membership billing will be suspended immediately and for the duration, we are closed.
