If you answered yes too these two questions please read on.... We are looking for a responsible owner driver’s to distribute commercial freight promptly to our customers. As a Josies Transport employee you will be expected to represent the company in a professional, outgoing and positive manner. If you own a vehicle in the following configuration: 1T,2T,6T,10T,14T then we would like to talk you. To be suitable for this role you will be required to have a valid driver’s license with a great driving history, a roadworthy, registered and fully insured vehicle. To be a Josie’s employee you will be required to be able to manage your time efficiently, be prompt, and have a positive can-do attitude. Your responsibilities will include the following: Delivering a wide variety of freight throughout Melbourne, Geelong and surrounding areas. Complete pick-up and delivery logs. Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles if required. Adhering to time schedule’s by following the most direct routes where possible. Abiding by transportation and road safety laws. Ability to lift and carry some heavy items. Driving for extended periods while adhering to fatigue management regulations.
