23.01.2022 Decided to try an idea we saw in a foodie mag of using thinly sliced sweet potato as the pastry of our quiche. It is a great meal. Easy to prepare and loaded with heaps of low GI veg and protein. Delicious.

04.01.2022 PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD. Are you training effectively and efficiently? Progressive overload is a method of training that uses a gradual increase of the stress placed upon the musculoskeletal and nervous system. You can do this with all forms of training including strength and cardio. Basically it means if you are just cruising through your workout then your body has already adapted to what you were doing. So you may need to increase the stress by changing the overall volume of y...our workout in order to continue to reach those goals you set.
