18.01.2022 As a friendly reminder, please ensure that you continue to follow covid-19 protocols such as; Keeping a 1.5m distance between yourself, other members and staff Wash and sanitise your hands regularly Cough or sneeze into your elbow - if you're feeling unwell, please stay home! Wipe down equipment after use... Use a towel at all times Please be advised that if you are from one of the local government areas that currently have restrictions in place (Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Redlands or Logan) and wish to train at our gym, you must wear a mask while training unless undergoing vigorous exercise. If you aren't from any of these areas, it is not a requirement.
