25.01.2022 What an absolute legend this lady is, one of our members Kerry just completed The Bloody Long Walk. This event is run in association with the Mito Foundation which helps to raise awareness and supports those that are affected by Mitochondrial disease. In total Kerry walked 35km from Coolum Beach to Mooloolaba Beach, in 5hrs and 50 minutes. Kerry did admit she was a little nervous going into the event due to a few injuries which occurred during her preparation but she was... always positive and remained focused during her training and absolutely smashed it yesterday. 18.01.2022 Hi D’Bay Snappers! We are very excited to announce that we are back working with a local charity the Lighthouse Centre Deception Bay. As we are coming up to Christmas we have decided to run another Food Drive leading for the festive season.... Each year the lighthouse centre provides around 300 Christmas assistance hampers in co-operation with Deception Bay Neighbourhood Centre and St Vincent de Paul for all those in need, to brighten up what should be the happiest time of the year for everyone! These amazing initiatives wouldn’t be possible without the charities many local volunteers. During this time, they do rely on donations to assist with the rising costs of running such things each year. We have a donation box located at reception and once again, we are looking for any non-perishable items that you may have lying around the back of your pantry. Toys are also welcomed and will go into the Christmas hampers to be handed out as gifts for children over Christmas. For anyone that donates four items or more, please come see us at reception with your items and we will put your name into the raffle to win two weeks FREE membership and 2 x PT Sessions.

Nixon is always great to have around the gym training with his partner and his friends on a regular basis.
