24.01.2022 About 2 years ago, I instructed this standing strength track in Body Balance for the first time. The words resonated so deeply with me. Now it reminds me so much of the amazing, strong and resilient people I share my journey with. This one of my favourite tracks. 16.01.2022 Hey team! Our group fitness classes are scheduled to kick off on Monday the 4th of January. Just one minor change will occur to our timetable. This affects Mond...ay night classes. BodyPump will increase to the FULL 45 min format (sorry guys, yes lunges are back ). Due to our COVID safe policies, we still must sanitise all equipment after use. In order to accomodate for this, our 6.15 BODYBALANCE class will be a 30 min flexibility format (slightly shorter than the normal class).
