13.01.2022 Something delicious and easy for those cooler evenings! INGREDIENTS: 500gm Minced Extra Lean Beef 1 can of crushed Tomatoes ... 2 Tablespoons of low salt Tomato Paste 1 Large Carrot grated 1 Zucchini grated 1 Large Celery Stalk finely diced 3 cloves of Garlic finely diced 2 Onions finely diced 300-400ml of low sodium Beef Stock Packet of Old El Paso Chilli Seasoning Chopped Parsley METHOD: Sauté the mince in a non-stick pan (use a drop of macadamia oil to grease if needed) and brown the mince. Drain in a colander to remove excess fat. Meanwhile sauté the onions and garlic until translucent, then return the browned mince to the pan, add in the carrot, zucchini, celery, Old El Paso Chilli Seasoning, & beef stock and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, then add in tomato paste and crushed tomatoes and cook until the sauce is thick to your liking.

07.01.2022 Morning Snap members, here’s something we whipped up for our Monday simple meal of the week... Fruit and Oats Winter Bowl: - 100 g of frozen raspberries... - 1 orange. 1/2 sliced and 1/2 juiced - 150 g of porridge oats - 100 ml of milk - 1/2 banana sliced - 2 tbsp of almond butter - 1 tbsp of goji berries - 1 tbsp of chia seeds Firstly, tip half the raspberries and all of the orange juice in a pan. Simmer until the raspberries soften, about 5 mins. And secondly, stir the oats, milk and 450ml water in a pan over a low heat until creamy. Top with the raspberry compote, remaining raspberries, orange slices, banana, almond butter, goji berries and chia seeds. Let us know what you think! #snapfitnessrobina #snapnation
