15.01.2022 Wow what a year!! Well with the closing of 2020 let's welcome in 2021 and embrace the new opportunities! For a lot of us 2020 was full of stress, disappointment and isolation. While for some there were still some wonderful things that came from 2020... new jobs, weddings, babies and new experiences! These are what we need to focus on, remember and take in to 2021. ... So let's get 2021 off to a positive start! For those of you that like to set New Year's Goals and resolutions I would love for you to all share some below! I have posted a couple of mine. Who knows you may just inspire others! For the rest of you who may not have or need specific goals to get started, we just wish you all the best entering the New Year and here is to a much MUCH better year all round

14.01.2022 UPDATE All fixed but for safety we will be only using one bathroom until carpets are cleaned thanks so much for your understanding!!! Toilets and Showers OUT OF ORDER... Please tag your morning gym buddies to let them know to get ready at home Sorry for the inconvenience but due to a plumbing issue they will be out of order for the rest of the night and morning. Plumber has been called and hopefully coming early to fix Will keep you posted if anything changes Thank you for your understanding!!

We will be monitoring the cameras and I will be popping in to ensure we are staying covid safe ALWAYS bring and use your towel AND continue to wipe down your equipment after you have finished!
