03.01.2022 This is a touching message we received that shows just what a difference your bag makes to another woman, ..I am so grateful for It's in the Bag. My kids were ...both under 6 when we were kicked out in the middle of the night with nowhere to go. Thankfully my child's school found out and we were helped out through DV services who provided one of these amazing bags. It truly got me through. You don’t realise the importance of soap or tampons until you don’t have them. The thought that some woman I have never met had made up this bag for a stranger in need was overwhelming and I vowed to do the same when I could. I am repacking the original bag I received and regifting it hoping that I give one poor woman out there just a little bit of hope that there is true kindness out there and that things will get better. You can share the dignity and help another woman this Christmas by making up a bag for our 'It's in the Bag' appeal which kicks off this Friday. Who is heading to Bunnings Warehouse Australia this weekend to drop off ? 03.01.2022 You can’t control what is going on at the moment, but you can control how you react Do your best to stay healthy both physically & mentally. Get some exercise, some fresh air & sun when you can, eat healthy & wash your hands. Keep yourself well informed but don’t overload yourself with too much info .Try avoid anxiety triggers like socials with the empty supermarket shelf photos by well meaning locals. Be kind & be patient especially to our overworked retail friends & Snap up !!!
