25.01.2022 UPDATE: I have just confirmed again with Business Victoria and they have confirmed that we can work as a team. Currently it is my husband Michael that comes with me (or my mum 1 day a week after the regional wall comes down). In having a second person, it means that we can be in your home for half the time. In saying that it is still the same man hours as rates are charged "per hour, per cleaner". As an example a 4 hour clean with 2 people will see us in your home for 2 hour...s but will be charged as 4 man hours. Please know that this makes no difference to the overall cost. Having the extra person simply helps me open my calender and bookings more and also reduces the time spent in your home, which is what we aim to do in our Covid Safe Plan. Please advise if you would prefer to only have 1 person attend your clean and we can arrange that. Please be advised though that day or time may need to change to accommodate. See more

25.01.2022 It's that time of the year and we are working through the silly season. We will be closed the main days and have VERY limited availability left for the next 4 weeks. If you would like to book a clean, please message asap or we may not be able to get you in.

24.01.2022 Unfortunately we are back in stage 4 and if we are following the same rules as last year that means we can not attend cleans. I will be in contact with all those that have cleans booked to reschedule. We've done this before and we can do it again. Stay safe

21.01.2022 It's getting so close!!! Michael and I are deciding if we should take some holidays and for how long. I will be sending out messages tonight/tomorrow to ask your preferences during the school holidays. Then we will get back to you asap with our closure dates.

10.01.2022 WE ARE BACK!!! I have just received confirmation from Business Victoria that we can open. Covid safe measures must be in place including 1.5m social distancing, mask wearing (for us) and we will have a covid safe plan. The guidelines for clients from DHHS is to maintain social distancing, move to another room if possible and of course if you or anyone in your home is having any symptoms at all please message and cancel. There is currently no cancellation fees. ... Please keep in mind that cleans may take a little longer (initial clean) as it has been a little while since we've been in your home. 09.01.2022 Hi everyone. I hope you all had an incredible Christmas and New Year's and had a chance to catch up with all your loved ones. I have just sent through all invoices for this week and have noticed there are quite a few overdue from before Christmas. I completely understand the craziness of the season means that sometimes things are missed. ... Please read your email with your invoice as it will give you the total payable (your current invoice only shows balance for the most recent clean). Enjoy your weekend

01.01.2022 2020 was certainly eventful but we made it through. Thank you for all your support and we can't wait to see you all in the New Year.

01.01.2022 Ladies and Gents, Following yesterdays and today's announcement the short answer is...we still don't have confirmation on whether we can open tomorrow. I have just called Business Victoria and they have told me that one industry they aren't giving confirmation to is cleaners. We are covered under Step 3 but given the changes to each of the steps they can't confirm the rules. I will be calling back tomorrow (and constantly checking the website updates) and will let you all kn...ow as soon as I do. In saying that, I am getting my diary ready for the rest of the year. Everyone that had a booking pre-lockdown still has their time and days. Please let me know if you would like to amend your bookings or if you would like to make a booking. I will also be sending out messages to all current clients to confirm. I want to thank you all again for your ongoing patience and support, my family and I truly appreciate it. Sarah xo
