06.05.2022 Let your voice, your words, your Truth be The Voice NOW that speaks up so that future generations will not ask "where we lost our voices?" Happy Friday

10.04.2022 7 things that affect your vibration frequency from the point of view of quantum physics.Vibration in quantum physics means everything is energy. We are vibrant beings on certain frequencies. Every vibration is equivalent to a feeling and in the world "Vibrational", there are only two species of vibrations, positive and negative. Any feeling makes you broadcast a vibration that can be positive or negative.

25.01.2022 In 2006 a high school English teacher asked students to write a famous author and ask for advice. Kurt Vonnegut was the only one to respond - and his response i...s magnificent: Dear Xavier High School, and Ms. Lockwood, and Messrs Perin, McFeely, Batten, Maurer and Congiusta: I thank you for your friendly letters. You sure know how to cheer up a really old geezer (84) in his sunset years. I don’t make public appearances any more because I now resemble nothing so much as an iguana. What I had to say to you, moreover, would not take long, to wit: Practice any art, music, singing, dancing, acting, drawing, painting, sculpting, poetry, fiction, essays, reportage, no matter how well or badly, not to get money and fame, but to experience becoming, to find out what’s inside you, to make your soul grow. Seriously! I mean starting right now, do art and do it for the rest of your lives. Draw a funny or nice picture of Ms. Lockwood, and give it to her. Dance home after school, and sing in the shower and on and on. Make a face in your mashed potatoes. Pretend you’re Count Dracula. Here’s an assignment for tonight, and I hope Ms. Lockwood will flunk you if you don’t do it: Write a six line poem, about anything, but rhymed. No fair tennis without a net. Make it as good as you possibly can. But don’t tell anybody what you’re doing. Don’t show it or recite it to anybody, not even your girlfriend or parents or whatever, or Ms. Lockwood. OK? Tear it up into teeny-weeny pieces, and discard them into widely separated trash recepticals. You will find that you have already been gloriously rewarded for your poem. You have experienced becoming, learned a lot more about what’s inside you, and you have made your soul grow. God bless you all! Kurt Vonnegut ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When I was 15 I spent a month working on an archeological dig. I was talking to one of the archeologists one day during our lunch break and he asked those kinds of getting to know you questions you ask young people: Do you play sports? What’s your favorite subject? And I told him, no I don’t play any sports. I do theater, I’m in choir, I play the violin and piano, I used to take art classes. And he went WOW. That’s amazing! And I said, Oh no, but I’m not any good at ANY of them. And he said something then that I will never forget and which absolutely blew my mind because no one had ever said anything like it to me before: I don’t think being good at things is the point of doing them. I think you’ve got all these wonderful experiences with different skills, and that all teaches you things and makes you an interesting person, no matter how well you do them. And that honestly changed my life. Because I went from a failure, someone who hadn’t been talented enough at anything to excel, to someone who did things because I enjoyed them. I had been raised in such an achievement-oriented environment, so inundated with the myth of Talent, that I thought it was only worth doing things if you could Win at them.

18.01.2022 Telling it like it is, will hold it like it is forever. We would recommend that you get a notebook and you call it MY LIFE STORY... And you begin writing Chapter 1: My life story relative to Abundance, and you just fabricate a fabulous fairy tale that is pleasing to you. This is the new virtual me. And we promise you, if you tell that story for just a little while, instead of the story you’ve been telling, the Universe doesn’t know whether the story you’re telling is the reality or not. The Universe only knows it’s the vibration that’s activated. And the vibration that’s activated is the Vibration Law of Attraction is answering. ~ Abraham-Hicks ~

11.01.2022 Sometimes the people you thought were going to be friends forever end up walking a different path than you and it hurts. Sometimes a friendship you thought you... could count on doesn't last when things get hard. Sometimes people are just not who you thought they were. Sometimes staying in that relationship just isn't healthy for you anymore and you have to walk away. Sometimes there's a betrayal of trust and you're just not sure you'll ever heal. Sometimes you walk through fire and your friendship burns right up instead of withstanding the heat. Sometimes you realize the friendship was only ever one sided and you can't do it alone anymore. Sometimes friends disappoint us. Sometimes you lose a friend you really thought you'd be rocking next to in your old age. Sometimes they come to a painful end. It's hard. It's hurts. I'm just so sorry your heart has felt that pain. I've felt it too and it feels like you just might crack in half. Grieve my friend, be gentle with yourself. But friend, please but don't give up. Because sometimes you find the one that sticks. Sometimes you find that one that will be there to the end. Sometimes you find one or two or three that's friendship will withstand every trial, every hardship, and every changing season. Sometimes you find one that loves you back with her whole heart. Sometimes you find one that even when one or both of you screws up really really bad, you're humble, you listen to each other, and you make it right. Sometimes you find one that walks right through the fire with you and you come out the other side even closer than you were before. Sometimes you find one that becomes closer than a sister. Sometimes you find one who doesn't give up on you even when you're going through a tough time and have nothing to give. Sometimes you find one that gives you the benefit of the doubt even when you're a real jerk. Sometimes you find one that you really will be rocking next to in your old age. Sometimes friendships break and change and grow apart. And sometimes they don't. Follow Sister, I am with you. for more. Written by Wonderoak by Jess Johnston Photo by Eberhard Grossgasteiger

09.01.2022 Be like the sky, watch the storms come and go. The sky knows the storms are part of the show; It sees the sun shine and blesses its glow. Be like the sky and ...watch the rain flow. Don't become the passing weather, For rain nor sun can't last forever. Don't allow the storm to take you For the force will try to break you. Know that we are not the sun, Or the rain that always comes, But we are of the watching sky, Observing clouds from way up high. The sky will never drown in rain. The sky will not hold onto pain, So face your weathers as the sky, And watch as storms just drift on by. Heather Lea

07.01.2022 PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) is a real injury! Survivors with PTSD were seen to have decreased gray matter volume and density in hippocampus than survi...vors without PTSD by MRI. PTSD symptoms are sub-divided into three categories as followings: 1)Re-experiencing the traumatic event, which includes intrusive memories, flashbacks, nightmares and intense distress. 2)Avoidance and numbing include avoiding of activities, places, thoughts and feelings that remind individual of the trauma, unable to remember important aspects of the traumatic event, loss of interest and hopelessness towards future. 3)Increased anxiety and emotional arousal include difficulty sleeping, anger management problems, difficulty concentrating and easily startled. Amygdala and hippocampus are the most important brain areas that show abnormalities in PTSD. Hippocampus is responsible for memory formation and consolidation, while in PTSD this memory is highly related to negative experience from traumatic event. In a MRI study of hippocampus, PTSD patients were seen to be highly responsive for negative words than was the control group. Hippocampal volume reduction might be a cause of this abnormal function of memory consolidation, which was examined on coal mine flood disaster survivors. Survivors with PTSD were seen to have decreased gray matter volume and density in hippocampus than survivors without PTSD by MRI. The result also suggests that selectivity of emotional response in amygdala is dysfunctional in PTSD patients. Cell death of is also prevalent in PTSD patients resulting in a smaller amygdala.

02.01.2022 The Soldier and the Piano He came upon her pure by chance, in wooded fields of hope; A rifle strapped upon his back and grief stuck in his throat. A breath, he... caught, in moment; her beauty stilled his heart. Her music drifted through his soul; it tingled every part. In that blessed moment, the soldier dared to dream, Of future love for all mankind; an end to all this mean, But suddenly a bang erupted in the air; The loudness of its dark stilled love everywhere. Down he fell in battle; another soldier gone; Another dancing heart that died to feed the burning wrong; But now his love is drifted, for he fell upon a dream; He heard the echo from her song and felt a worldly mean. Many men who fight at war hold peace within their heart, And many wars that feed the hate all from love doth start. Blessed are these warriors; each heart does feel the arrow; Lets hope they get the chance to hear that beautiful piano. Heather Lea
