13.01.2022 SNHN is recruiting General Practices to provide placements for graduate nurses as part of a one-year Primary Care Nurse Transition Program. The new graduate will work in general practice and become part of a multidisciplinary team in primary care. They will be supported by your existing practice nurse while being coached and educated by SNHN’s Nurse Transition Program Coordinator. The benefits to the practice include Higher utilisation of health assessments and health checks, increased range of services available at the Practice and a reduction in waiting times for patients. 12.01.2022 The Ryde Indigenous Women's group enjoyed returning to their usual meeting place. They enjoyed a NAIDOC themed gathering which included jewellery making, good old yarning and social re-connection. The group is hosted and regularly supported by SNHN and Ryde Council.
