20.01.2022 Do you know the rules of selling a registered vehicle in QLD! Do you know you must have a current rwc/safety certificate BEFORE your car is offered for sale.... The safety certificate must be attached to the vehicle where the information is clearly visible from the outside. Failure from the seller to obtain or display a safety certificate from the time you offer the vehicle for sale can result in a fine. In QLD a safety certificate is needed when:... A registered vehicle is offered for sale in QLD When transfering to a new owner When transfering to QLD registration from another state When re-registering an unregistered vehicle
