Chased by Murray the dog into a tiny pen and then stripped bare down to their lanolin wool linings and left exposed in the wintery confines of Mount Canobolas. I notice poor Poppy Snowgum was the one silly enough to take the right turn into the feeding pen and led all the other sheep astray. What was she thinking?

14.01.2022 A big day at Snowgums. Thanks to to Murray the wonder-round-up dog and Lachlan our sheep shearer. Today our sheep had a day of maintenance. But first Murray had to get them in the yard.

06.01.2022 Then Lachie (our shearer) worked his magic. They were given a special winter cut. So they won’t be too cold. Some needed their horns cut (to prevent them from g...rowing into their eyes) and some poor fellas had to be knackered. To prevent mating with family. They were a bite sore but back in their food now and by tomorrow they will be grand. Sadly I had to stay inside as I have a stupid virus. No not corona!!! See more
