24.01.2022 Hi Favourites, I apologise for not posting many cuties this last week it was a crazy one. In the middle of the crazy week my MILs dog Jay (Uncle to Spok & Kruger) collapsed at home and we were all devastated.... Jay is a 14 year old, big boy that has a few health issues but this one we were not prepared for. He could not get up or walk on his own. It took 3 of us to carry him. The vet thinks he either had a stroke or it's Vestibular Disease. My husband and I took the next day off and spent the day with him thinking we were saying our goodbyes. However, Jay is a massive fighter and as you can see in the video my MIL took he is up and walking - albeit wobbly and a bit of a waddle but it's a huge improvement in such a short amount of time. We know he could relapse at any time but we are just so happy to see him more comfortable and able to get around. I'll add some more photos in the comments. Love and Licks

23.01.2022 Naughty Spoky managed to get his bandage off and pop a stitch this morning (with a cone on). So while he was getting his wound cleaned, rebandaged and fitted with a humungous cone his brother Kruger enjoyed a Puppacino Shout out to the lovely lady at Before The Bell for making Kruger's morning

23.01.2022 My baby boy Spok had minor surgery today. A lumpectomy to remove a lick granuloma on the top of his toes. Thankfully all went well and he is home with his Dad and brother - was hard to leave him looking so sad but I had to go look after CC & Max

22.01.2022 The absolute hardest part of loving pets is when we have to say goodbye I apologise to anyone that I haven't responded to in the last day or so I promise to get back to you all soon. Sadly we had to say goodbye to one of our best buddies - beautiful big Jay Jay on Friday (my MILs doggy) ... Jay was such a huge part of our family and will be incredibly missed. My boys Spok & Kruger will no doubt miss their Uncle Jay too. You fought a good fight buddy and I'm so grateful to have known you for the last 10 years. To get to 14 years old means you lived the life every dog wishes they had. Love you big fella. RIP sweet boy

As of right now I am FULLY BOOKED for OVERNIGHTERS from the 1st December - 1st January. I myself found one on my neck today - please check your pet's daily and make sure they are up to date with their preventive measures. Here are a few simple graphics to help identify the buggers and the symptoms. ... Please keep yourself and your pets safe.

06.01.2022 Huge thank you to everyone who has been patient with my delayed responses the last few days - It has been quite the week for my puppers. Earlier in the week we discovered a lump in Spok's ear that turned out to be a large Hematoma caused by a suspected spider bite. We were hoping a round of injections would get it to go down on it's own but Friday morning it got bigger. I called the vet and they said to bring him in straight away and they would perform surgery to drain it. I ...picked him up that evening and he's very sad but doing well. And... on Wednesday, Kruger started limping and turning in circles - we knew it was his neck disc issue (he has done this before) so rang the vet to get his anti-inflammatories. He is doing much better but have now been told due to his age (nearly 12) that he shouldn't walk on a lead (harness or collar), shouldn't go in the car unless neccessary, shouldn't do zoomies, shouldn't chew kongs, play with ropes etc. Anything that could cause his disc to bulge. He is thankfully not in pain every day but he could have a catastrophic bulge at any time, which is terrifying. I am exhausted from worry but very happy both our boys are doing well right now. Please give your babies Snugs for me and I'll see you all soon. Much love Eden
