22.01.2022 This weekend is my birthday and what better way to spend it than at the beach with a good book and yummy coffee and other delicious beverages!! My beautiful partner and I are going up the coast for a long weekend get away! 21.01.2022 We sometimes forget to stop and recognise how far we have come and how much we have grown. 5 years ago I struggled to speak my truth, I was afraid of my gifts and spiritual side. I allowed people to take advantage of my willingness to help. Now I stand strong in my spirituality and I live it everyday! I pushed through the fear of being seen as weird and started my business. I can also talk about it more openly with those who don't understand it. ... I am able to clearly communicate my needs (most of the time) and I now have clear boundaries with myself and those around me. I am proud of how far I have come. This has come with hard work, self love and a tone of forgiveness. It is not always easy when you start working through traumas and old programming but it is so worth it on the other side!! 15.01.2022 Last day of holidays have to pack up and go but first what better way to start the day than with a beautiful cupper of @the.tea.whisperer tea and sitting my the pool doing some self reflection! Ps this stuff is magic gold in a cup! So this is what I have learned this weekend away: 1. Need to do weekend getaways more often. This has been such an amazing time to reconnect with my partner and with myself.... 2. It is important to re-evaluate and reset goals. I took some time and reset my goals and I realised that my goals I had set 6-12 months ago I had completed or were outdated. So I have now reset new goals and I can tell you there is some very exciting stuff coming for @soaring.sparrow.healing 3. Working on myself and my healing journey is never finished. I have done so much work on myself so I am able to help others on their journeys. I ask my clients to go to those dark and hard places and to do the hard work and I am no different! I still allow my fear of not being good enough and my fear of being truly seen hold me back. Noticing when this is happening it is about taking a step back working though these emotions that are coming up and moving through them. It is the only way to grow and I would not have it any other way!

10.01.2022 Integration work is so important after a healing! One of my beautiful clients @mauicutz was gifted a hummingbird as her power animal in the last healing she had done. And as part of her integration homework, she was to use her creativity to paint a hummingbird into one of her painting to help with her creative blocked she was putting in her way. This is what came out of that! I am so beyond greatful to help empower such beautiful souls on their healing journeys! Thank you so much for trusting the process and stepping up into your power!
