22.01.2022 Another week of successful missions from our Super Heroes is in the books! This week at Lords Recreation Centre we flew off to Africa to meet up with Hammer and boost our strength and power Our Heroes also helped Hammer retrieve our stolen powerballs from the Dark Defenders, and defended our base from their sneaky boulder attack ... Already looking forward to next weekend for goalkeeping and games week!

21.01.2022 Our final week of term 3 at Lords Recreation Centre gave our Super Heroes a chance to demonstrate all of their skills in our Super Hero Showcase! With 7 weeks of training and boosting their super powers under their belts, our last week was all about showing them off. After displaying all of their speed, agility, and power, we wrapped up with one final Heroes v Parents Final Huge thanks to all our parents and Super Heroes for all your efforts this term. We've definitely given the Dark Defenders something to think about!

21.01.2022 Another week, another successful mission for our Soccer Super Heroes! Week 5 was goalkeeping week, and saw our Heroes use all of their newly acquired goalkeeping powers to help our old friend Captain Planet keep the Amazon rainforest free of rubbish (even if our Agent of Skill Louis is too young to know who he is!)... Our Heroes also went home with some very important SSH Homework this week - making sure they put all of their rubbish in the bin (or the recycling if mum or dad say so). Can't wait to see you all again next week for juggling skills with CJ the Crazy Juggler!

20.01.2022 Konnichiwa! Our brave Super Heroes once again saved the day in week 4 - jet-packing off to Japan to meet Speedy and save the locals from an erupting Mt Fuji with their rapid running and lightning fast footwork.... We had lots of our Super Heroes bring a buddy along for our 'Bring a Friend' week, including a very special furry friend named 'Buttons'! We can't wait for week 5, and until then Super Heroes, remember your Super Hero Homework - eating lots of healthy fruits and vegetables!

14.01.2022 What a morning it was with our Super Heroes today at Lords Recreation Centre! With the Olympics being cancelled, our heroes flew to Japan this week to meet Speedy and put on some relay races for the local fans The dark defenders also invaded SSH headquarters while we were doing our speed training, but were powerless to stop our Super Heroes scoring HEAPS of goals (one of our Heroes reported that they managed to score a hundred million goals in ONE session - though th...is hasn't been officially verified) We can't wait for next week, when we will be heading off on a tour of Africa to meet Hammer and boost our strength and power

14.01.2022 Father's Day came and went with a BANG at Soccer Super Heroes! Our main mission took our Super Heroes to the beautiful Swan River, which the Dark Defenders (with the help of Dr. Evil) had filled with sharks with lasers attached! After they'd used all of their skills to help defeat the Dark Defenders (and carefully release the sharks), our Heroes returned for some SSH HQ skills training with Louis, before taking on their dads in the Father's Day Classic! ... The honours were even as it ended 3-3, but with it being their special day, our Super Heroes generously let the dads take home the chocolates

13.01.2022 Week 3 was skills and tricks week at Soccer Super Heroes! Our Heroes packed their bags for South America to meet our resident trickster Megs, who taught us all kinds of flicks and tricks to bamboozle our opponents.... We finished with a 1-on-1 showdown between the Heroes and the Dark Defenders, with bonus points for crazy skills and nutmegs. In a game full of step-overs, Spiderman scoops and Batman backheels, our Heroes prevailed once again, leaving the Dark Defenders dizzy and confused! Can't wait for next week, when our Super Heroes will be enlisting the help of their friends for more special missions!

We then jumped into the SSH to visit CJ and help him plan the EPL Title Parade through the streets of Liverpool Well done everyone, the Agents of Skill and your parents were super proud of your efforts

07.01.2022 Great day back for week 1 with our little super heroes. Disaster struck when our opening week celebrations were derailed by the dark defenders stealing our fireworks But our superhero team tracked them to Brazil where Megs and our heroes bamboozled them with all of their amazing dribbling skills and nutmegs ... With the Dark Defenders defeated we ended our opening week with the fireworks as planned!

06.01.2022 Having boosted all of their speed, skill, strength, and juggling powers over the first four weeks of term, this Sunday was our Goalkeeping and Game Week at Lords Recreation Centre Our Super Heroes did some goalkeeping training with Louie at SSH HQ before meeting up with Sean's favourite Super Hero, Captain Planet, to use their lightning fast reflexes to help stop the Dark Defenders from spreading their pollution around the Amazon rainforests A quick trip back to Soccer City and we wrapped things up with our first small-sided games of the term - full of action, goals, celebrations, and fun!

06.01.2022 Another amazing SSH morning!!!

06.01.2022 WEEK 2 MISSION UPDATE After completing their training missions in week 1, the Soccer Super Heroes strapped on their jet packs and blasted off into space for this week's mission - to retrieve their stolen Powerballs!... After the Powerballs had been retrieved, the Super Heroes powered up their Super Strength and thwarted the alien invasion that the Dark Defenders had organised, knocking every alien spaceship out of the sky with some of the biggest kicks we've ever seen! Refusing to admit defeat, the aliens challenged Earth to a game of Space Soccer - but our Heroes emerged triumphant, after a late aliens goal from the mind-controlled Agent of Skill Louis Carlish was ruled out by SpaceVAR. Congratulations Super Heroes, and good luck with your SSH Homework this week - performing as many acts of kindness for your friends and family as you can!

05.01.2022 Another great week at Lords Recreation Centre with Soccer Super Heroes. Our Week 2 mission involved our team flying from rainy Perth and head to "sunny" England to visit "CJ" the Crazy Juggler Our Super Heroes played in the streets of Liverpool, showing off their juggling skills for all the football fans stuck at home self isolating, before getting caught in a hail storm and having to home! ... See you next week little Super Heroes!

01.01.2022 Our penultimate week for term 3 was one of our best yet, with our little Super Heroes strapping on their jet packs and flying off to England to check out the opening Premier League weekend and help retrieve our powerballs from the Dark Defenders (and celebrate Birmingham's big win over Brentford with Louis) As usual in England, the weather was dire - with snow, rain, hail, and even a hurricane to deal with for the Heroes With our powerballs retrieved, we... flew back to Soccer City for some well-earned GAMES! - with veteran Super Hero Zack going one better than Mo Salah, scoring FOUR goals and taking home the match ball Can't wait to see you all next week for our final week of the term, before we set our sights on our famous SSH Holiday Program!
