16.01.2022 We all know about modern football, faster, tic-taca style, and playing from the back. As a coach we have to identify the way the team is capable to play, one formation may suits one team but may not suits another team because we work with different player and each one of them are unique on the way they play, they maybe be similar but never ever exactly the same. As a coach we all know about football; here is what we Brazilians like to do, we do not like to park the bus, but h...ere in Australia we do have to learn how to do that because of many reason, and this year I saw myself having to play like that with little chance to win games. Again I mention, we did lost 8 starters players for our U20s. E, ao perder a bola, reagir rápido para recuperar a posse, de forma organizada"(Simple every coach knows that, however do you have a team that can play like that) . Meias que sabem o que fazer com a bola, sabem dar no minimo um lançamento e sabem bater falta, tomar a decisao correta; quando driblar, passar, conduzir ou recuar. laterais que sabem cruzar a bola e marcar e também apoiar, especialmente no 4-3-3 que jogamos aqui, e Top two teams in MInas. Tupinambas, and after that I went to Jonas Veiga FC we played in all around the communities and thats where we develop our skills. The coach did not have to say much, all the 15 players were good to play the game. I think i was 14yo See more

01.01.2022 https://www.facebook.com/681441438640669/posts/4019795174805262/ Capalaba FC So lets talk about football infrastructure: the Senior women’s team at Capalaba FC have been doing an amazing job at the NPL level. I think they have won 9 games in a row. The Director is good, the coach is good, and the place where they train is the same as the men’s team, the U20s, 18s, and juniors, so why nor everyone has the same results? I know the answer but leave a question here? I am the NP...L 20s Coach, and I work direct to the First team coach and train with them every time. All the coaches add so much effort for their teams, I like to work here and I appreciate all the help as well. The Director and managers also do a great job. I know they all try hard for the better for the teams My team U20s, we just lost about 09 or 10 players after Covid 19, CA, M, S, JD, D, B, H, H, C, So most of our squad now are fisrt year Under 20s, and also 5 or 6 players first year U18s, besides that sometimes the 18s just come and play for us after their game. Its not an easy job, but its definitely a life learning process working as a coach since we all in a process of learning every day. No one from out side knows what is going on, it’s the same in a professional club, the only people who really knows what happens are the players, Coaches and maybe directors or president, the people do not know the day by day in a football club, just like a professional team. IN the professional teams the media may say something but they do not know what really going on inside. The players, behaviour, the training behaviour, the sessions, the mentality, only a few people know what happens. But lets work hard because we still have half season to play. Good luck to all of us, and congratulations to the women’s amazing team. See more
