25.01.2022 A 50th dinner party fit for a queen! Canapés were gin cured snapper with purple basil sprouts and green olive tapenade on sliced baguette, lamb cutlets with salsa verde, chicken rice paper rolls with peanut satay dipping sauce and platters of handmade dips, imported cheeses and all the accompaniments. For main, slow-cooked duck legs with a warm de puy lentil salad, roasted pear and vinegared leek. Dessert was a creamy sweet lemon-scented rice pudding with ruby roasted quince. Delicious! 24.01.2022 Whoa, winter is back with a vengeance!! My craving today has inspired me to make some tummy warming pies for this week’s menu. Both versions made with my delicious home made flaky rough puff butter pastry and served with a side salad and vinaigrette. Creamy chicken, leek, tarragon and mushroom. ... 04.01.2022 I hope you’re all having a wonderful long weekend, and enjoying the sun! Here’s this week’s menu- Orecchiette with broccoli, peas and an anchovy and rosemary sauce. This is my take on a classic Italian pasta dish. The sauce is creamy but light, as it’s made with milk instead of cream. I know it sounds weird but it’s truly delicious, trust me! $18... Asian-style pulled beef with fine egg noodles and greens $20 PM for orders, delivery on Friday.

Eggplant and potato chermoula with roast vegetables and couscous $18 Chermoula is a North African herb and spice paste used to flavour meat and vegetable braises. It’s a blend of fresh herbs and roasted spices and is absolutely delicious! (Please note that if you require a gluten free meal I can substitute the couscous with rice or quinoa)
