08.01.2022 Multicultural Society of Campbelltown has been awarded as COVID HERO by New South Wales Government along with Sydney Press and Media Council and other organis...ations. During the Covid-19 pandemic Multicultural Society of Campbelltown raised funds and distributed among the jobless, refugees and the International students. MSC also helped Bangladeshi Australians, permanent residents to returning to Australia who got caught in Bangladesh during Covid-19 pandemic. Today 15 November 12:00pm at Himslaya Empirioum Function Centre, Bankstown, Assistant Speaker and MP for Otley Mark Coure and Wendy Lindsay MP for East Hills distributed certificates among the COVID HEROES on behalf of the New South Wales Government. This colourful Function was conducted by the former councillor and one of the best community organisers Mohammad Zaman Titu. A lot of distinguished community leaders, political leaders and dignitaries attended today's award-giving ceremony. Khandaker Madudul Alam, Consul General, Sydney also attended the ceremony.

05.01.2022 Multicultural Society of Campbelltown Inc. had a joint Executive committee, Advisory committee and Subcommittees Meeting chaired by Enam Hoque. The meeting take...s the following decision: All the members are being agreed assessing the coronaviruses fears and impact to cancelling the Multicultural Boishakhi Festival 2020 following the Governments decision about gathering 500 people and more and that has been cancelled. The meeting also takes decision to reschedule the Multicultural Boishakhi Festival 2021 on Saturday 03 April. The chair appreciates all the team members and their team spirits.
