20.01.2022 Hi Socigo Fam, I wanted to talk about goals today. As I've seen a lot of posts recently and personally listened too many motivated business peeps whether face to face or over a phone consultation declaring similar statements ... There's no doubt every person I'm blessed to meet in the industry has huge goals personally and for their business with a high level of passion to get there. HOWEVER so many are sad, burnt out and running from job to job without absorbing ...the moments around them. Have big goals, have big dreams BUT don't tie your happiness to the goals with the vision of when I get to that goal I’ll be happy, when I make an income from my business I’ll be happy, if I win this job I’ll be happy. You need to feel loved, happy and motivated while attaining the goal. I always stand by this... If you're not happy poor you won't be happy rich as money doesn't change your mindset. 07.01.2022 Are you feeling stressed, anxious, unstable & worried due to the effects of Coronavirus on the economy? Worried your business will close its doors? Praying for the pandemic to end? ... You're not alone! Here are some tips to keep your head up & stay practical in the current situation we're all in TOGETHER: 1. Up your general hygiene. Start behaving like a nurse in and out of patient rooms. When dealing with orders, be extra aware of cleanliness for you and your space. Send sick staff home and be mindful of returned orders if you're accepting them. 2. Limit your intake of news but more importantly, FAKE news. Stress, worry & panic is not the recipe needed to deal with the current situation and what does our immune system hate more than a virus? FEAR!! 3. Advise your clients on the precautions you’re taking as a business to prevent spread but to also protect your staff & customers. Do you own a restaurant? List the extra practices in place to protect your patrons example : provide hand sanitizer or wipes upon arrival. 4. If you make the decision to work from home like many across the world or you’re in quarantine...
